Where we ship

South America, Africa and Russia are excluded from our shipping coverage.

Our geographic policy currently includes 172 countries and territories. Availability for your address and the applicable shipping charge are confirmed at checkout. A destination being within our coverage does not itself confirm an order can be fulfilled.

Before you pay

Enter your delivery address at checkout and review the final total, including shipping and any customization charges, before proceeding to payment.

Customization takes five business days. This is the production period, not the shipping transit time. Please contact us to confirm when production will begin.

Import duties are borne by PEPNOVA. Other taxes and customs arrangements have not yet been confirmed.

Please contact us before ordering to confirm dispatch timing and delivery estimates for your destination.

After dispatch

When a tracking number has been added to your order, you can find it in My orders. Contact us with your order reference if you need delivery assistance.
